The Knife of Never Letting Go

This book almost feels...post apocalyptic. It is about a boy who is sent on a kind of mission to get to safety. He can hear other peoples thoughts. Everyone else can too. The women in this new world have been killed by the disease that causes people to hear others thoughts. Except for a few. The boy meets up with one of these few, and they travel together. An enemy is following them though. They have to figure out who to trust, and who to run from. There is quite alot of swearing  in this book, but it is still a very good story!
